Sarah Louise Dow (aka Polly May) is an artist and photographer based in Essex.

With a strong belief that art should be fun, her practice is guided by an intuitive, playful response to all of her subjects. Her work centres an ongoing exploration of beauty, personality, and movement. Through layered colour and rich texture, she creates vibrant pieces with a sense of energy. She frequently incorporates metallic foils and chrome elements, adding light, fluidity, and a subtle sense of movement to each composition.

Sarah has completed an Art Diploma before going on to specialise in Arts in Education at the University of Greenwich. She has also recently studied Art Therapy, where she gained a distinction grade, deepening her interest in the connection between creativity and wellbeing.
