Sarah Louise Dow is an artist and photographer based in Essex.

Bringing together both traditional and contemporary approaches, her practice is guided by an intuitive, playful response to her subjects.

Her work centres an ongoing exploration of beauty, personality, and movement, often drawing inspiration from the natural world. Through layered colour and rich texture, she creates vibrant pieces with a sense of energy. She frequently incorporates metallic foils and chrome elements, adding light, fluidity, and a subtle sense of movement to each composition.

Sarah completed an Art Diploma before going on to specialise in Arts in Education at the University of Greenwich. She is currently studying Art Therapy, deepening her interest in the connection between creativity and wellbeing.
